• The main character of the cartoon, the troll Orm, has 2,343,997 hairs. Arrog is less 'hairy' – he has only 1,311,143 hairs.
• The 'North Wind' character consists of 80 million particles.
• The most laborious scene in the film is the fish emerging from the waterfall. It took 25 layers of effects to create it. Testing and production of this scene took 3 weeks.
• A 200 terabyte server was needed for all the materials and rendering of the cartoon’s special effects.
