• At one point, a police procedural from 1977-1983 is shown on TV. Robert Zemeckis noticed Alan Silvestri, a composer working on the show’s creative team, and invited him to his 1984 adventure romance, "Romancing the Stone." This was Silvestri’s first work in cinema. The drama "Then. Now. Always." marked the 40th anniversary of Zemeckis and Silvestri's friendship and collaboration.
